
Group X Fitness Classes
Boot Camp, Hula Hotties, Rock Body Thursday AM and Kids Variety Dance are 30 minutes. Upper Body Pump, Lower Body Pump and Lunch Crunch are 15 minutes. Kids Group Xtra is 45 minutes and meets in the Lobby. All other classes are 50 minutes.
Note that the intensity level of each class is indicated on the calendar by asterisks: ***High Intensity, **Medium Intensity, *Low Intensity.
 

NEW! Hula Hotties - A series of exercises that give you total body conditioning with an emphasis on toning the core. Burn calories and tone up while having FUN! Previous knowledge of hula hooping is not required. (Hula hoops aren't just for kids anymore!)
Butt, Guts 'N Guns - The perfect class for toning those trouble zones. A strength training class focused on the glutes, abs and arms. Be prepared to feel the burn!
20/20 - This class consists of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning, and a bonus 10 minutes of stretching. If you are wanting a great workout to start your day, this is the class for you!
Kids Variety Dance – Meets weekly on Tuesdays: at 4:00 pm for 3-year-olds and at 4:30 pm for ages 4 & 5, from Alphabet Yoga to Hip-Hop and Jazz (and a touch of Ballet); at 5:30 pm for children ages 6-10, from Hip-Hop to Jazz and Lyricals (and Kick-Line, too!) Free to Fusion members; $5/class for non-members.
Boot Camp – An intense circuit training class. This class is designed to get your heart beating and tone muscles at the same time. Resistance Training, Plyometric Training and Endurance will all be found at this camp!
Cardio Kick - A high-intensity cardio workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 50-minute exercise routine. This class will incorporate traditional exercises such as jumping jacks, weights, abs, squats, and push-ups to create a total body workout. Classes vary but generally feature a variety of punches, kicks, and knees interspersed with a bouncing "base" move. This high-impact workout will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat.
Kids Group Xtra - This high energy class is designed for children, kindergarten through 8th grade. The class involves aerobic exercises, relays, physical skills, strengthening and training, and LOTS OF FUN!
Upper Body Pump - 15 minutes of upper body strength training to break up your work day!
Lower Body Pump - 15 minutes toning and shaping your lower body.
Lunch Crunch - 15 minutes of core exercises to strengthen your tummy. Perfect motivator to get you through the end of the work week!
Rock Body - Designed to tone and condition muscles through muscular endurance training, while raising your metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. This class is fun and upbeat. Expect fast results! Rock Body is a total body exercise class that will tone you up and strengthen your muscles.
Silver Sneakers – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch – Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Yoga – An introductory basic yoga class that combines routines which focus on relaxation, flexibility, balance and core strengthening. The class is geared toward all ability levels, and modifications are presented as needed.
ZUMBA - This class combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, raggaetop, mambo, rumba, flemenco and hip-hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. You could burn between 350 to 900 calories per class -- it depends on how you exert yourself.
Group X classes are $5 each for non-members. Or you can purchase a Group X Punch Card for $50 -- 10 classes plus the 11th one is FREE.
*When Fusion hours of operation are modified due to holidays or bad weather, all classes are cancelled.
