Aquatic Classes


All classes are 45 minutes.

Note that the intensity level of each class is designated on the calendar by color: Pink=High Intensity, Blue=Medium Intensity, Green=Low Intensity.


February Pool                    

All classes are free to members -- only $5.00 per class for non-members.

Full Body Flex - This class is designed to accommodate anyone. Go hard and fast and get a toning, cardio workout. OR go slower and work on strengthening and maintaining muscle mass. You will get your heart rate up at YOUR OWN pace!

P.A.C.E. (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) - This class is done according to Arthritis Association guidelines. Very slow joint strengthening exercise.

Senior Aquasize - A low intensity cardio & full body workout.

Upper Body Burn - A medium intensity, upper body workout, with 30-second cardio bursts thrown into the mix. Your arms will be doing the most work in this class!

H2O Combo - This class will take you through a combination of different routines, ranging from cardio to sculpting. Gloves, weights and noodles may be used.

Deep Water - This class takes place in the deep end (6 ft. area). You will sculpt your muscles & burn fat while keeping yourself afloat!

Morning Meltdown - Come try this high intensity workout in the morning. As you move around our pool you will be melting away pounds and sculpting lean muscle through non-stop cardio & strengthening activity.

Aqua Boxing - High-intensity water boxing class! Similar to Cardio Kick, only you'll be in the pool kicking and throwing punches. Get your heart rate up, but stay cooled off in the water.

Aqua Boot Camp - Experience the benefits of boot camp, but in the water! Circuits, strength training and cardio drills galore, but without the impact.

River Run Plus - This is an intense 20-minute workout targeting all abdominal and lower back muscles, done mostly in the river. Ab work is thrown into the mix during the last portion of the class.

Discount Swim - 2 hours available (pool and locker rooms only) to the public at a discounted price!
