Aquatic Classes


All classes are 45 minutes, with the exception of "20-Minute Abs."

All classes are free to members -- only $5.00 per class for non-members.

Deep Water - 45 minutes of aerobic exercise located mainly in the 6 foot area. Sculpt muscles and burn fat while keeping yourself afloat!!

Aqua Pilates - A great way to put a new spin on your Pilates workout. Water will help give added resistance to gain flexibility, core strength, balance, and coordination.

Morning Meltdown - A 45 minute, high-intensity workout that "melts" away pounds and sculpts lean muscle through non-stop cardio and strengthening activities.

Senior Aquasize - A good cardio and full body workout with less intensity.

Aquasize - River may be used, along with wall exercises, water weights for muscle strengthening and noodles for abs. This class is all about cardio circuits!!

P.A.C.E. ~ People with Arthritis Can Exercise- 45 minute, low impact class. Exercises provided through the Arthritis Foundation guidelines. Provided to ease the effects of arthritis pain and discomfort as well as other disabling ailments including fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.

Noodle - An upper & lower body, as well as abdominal, workout. We take this popular water toy and turn it into a fun and effective piece of exercise equipment!

20-Minute Abs - A quick, intense, 20 minute workout, targeting all abdominal and lower back muscles.

H2O Combo - Combination of different routines. Ranging from cardio techniques to sculpting. Gloves, weights and noodles can be used.
